THE RESTRUCTURE OF THE IWIF WAS APPROVED BY ITS UNITHOLDERS IN JUNE 2009.  THE UNITS ARE NOW DE-LISTED.  ALL COMMUNICATIONS WITH SHAREHOLDERS WILL BE MADE VIA THIS WEB SITE.  THIS WEBSITE IS UNDER DEVELOPMENT AND WILL BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THE RESTRUCTURED GROUP WITHIN THE NEXT 3 MONTHS.

The Wine Fund was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) until the recent restructure approved the proposal to de-list the IWI units.

The plan of the restructure is available in the Explanatory Memorandum that accompanied the Notice of Meeting for the June 25 2009 EGM - all of these documents are available in"Announcements - Archives".
